What is In His Name Ministries?
A Youth and Community Outreach dedicated to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Our main objective is to reach as many as possible with the Good News of the Gospel. We work across all interdenominational and racial lines, to bring about the blending of the saved and unsaved, Jew and Gentile, the rich and poor, the fed and hungry, the learned and unlearned.  We take the resources of the 'haves' and distribute them according to need to the 'have nots'.  The communication of the Gospel is our greatest responsibility, and we use Bible Prophecy Conferences, Music Concerts, and sporting events as a way to reach and educate.  We are a ministry that goes forth to the Body of Christ and to the world in His name, using all means to make a positive difference for Christ.  We stand on Mark, Chapter 16:15-20 as our motto and our mandate:  "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.  He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.  And these signs will follow those who believe:  In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.  So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.  And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs.  Amen."

How are we funded?
Our funding is strictly through our generous partners and friends.  The bulk of our monthly support comes through the generosity of the Living Word Chapel and its members.  This is not sufficient to meet all our needs; therefore, we depend upon our other friends in and out of the church that recognize the valuable services that we perform.  Our first stop is prayer, as we feel that God directs the hearts of people to give to this ministry.   We reach out through TV, Radio, Publications, Outreach Concerts and sports events.

How do we operate?

We help the Youth in the local area with issues including drug education,  and sexual and moral conduct. Our social program assists the needy and single mothers, widows and their families with financial counseling and assistance. We also provide legal advocacy, as well as aiding in the process of obtaining financial assistance through different agencies.  We supply Bibles to prisons and street ministries. We assist ex-offenders who are recently released from prisons and institutions, helping them to integrate back into society. We also provide funds for underprivileged children for musical education, and coordinate funding and distribution of monies for orphanages.  We look at needs and attempt to meet the need through any means possible.  We believe the mandate of Christ in Matthew 25:40:  "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me'."
